- My address was entered wrong, can you help?
You must reach out to us within 24 hours to update address FREE OF CHARGE. After 24 hours you will be charged a address change fee sent via invoice
- I called/emailed customer service no response?
All customer service inquiry will be responded to within 24-48 hours .
- My order says delivered, but I haven't received it, what do I do?
Please contact the respective courier to file a claim if you suspect your package was lost or stolen. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, we are no longer responsible for your order
- If I order online, I can pick up in person.
Yes. If extensions are available on hand. YOU MUST place order online before picking up in person.
